Clinical, counselling & support staff
HARP's clinical team includes counsellors, recovery coaches, and allied health staff - many of whom are in recovery themselves. They provide assessments, therapy, and group interventions guided by motivational interviewing, the stages of change model, and other best practices.
From kitchen staff to groundskeepers, HARP's support services are indispensable in creating a healing environment. They not only keep the centre running but also model resilience, responsibility, and service as part of the therapeutic community.
