Founder & Executive Director

Eric is the visionary behind HARP and leads the organization with a deep commitment to addiction recovery in Ghana. With academic training in Community Medicine and Health, Clinical Psychiatry, and Counseling Psychology and Law, alongside his own recovery journey, Eric combines professional, personal, and spiritual insights to shape HARP's mission. He oversees strategy, program development, and partnerships, ensuring that HARP delivers both faith-based and evidence-based care.

Ms Lydia Botsio

Administrator / Finance Officer

Responsible for day-to-day administration, financial accountability, and operational coordination. This role ensures smooth internal systems, compliance with statutory bodies, and transparent stewardship of resources.

Mr. Steward Dagla Ettor-Chrisk

Chaplain & Community Liaison Officer

This team member now leads HARP's chaplaincy, providing pastoral care to clients, staff, and families while building community bridges. The chaplain also coordinates outreach activities and church partnerships, working Mondays through Thursdays to offer spiritual support and social reintegration guidance.

Fundraising & External Relations Officer

Appointed in August 2025, this officer is tasked with developing fundraising strategies, donor engagement, and public relations. With a monthly remuneration tied to performance growth, the role focuses on sustaining HARP's major projects, including HARP Farms, Sponsor-a-Life Campaign, and the planned outreach bus initiative.

Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator supervises therapeutic schedules, recovery groups, and extracurricular activities for clients. By working closely with both clinical staff and peer recovery coaches, this role ensures treatment is personalized, consistent, and measurable.

Clinical & Counseling Team

HARP's clinical team includes counselors, recovery coaches, and allied health staff—many of whom are in recovery themselves. They provide assessments, therapy, and group interventions guided by motivational interviewing, the stages of change model, and other best practices.

Support Services & Essential Staff

From kitchen staff to groundskeepers, HARP's support services are indispensable in creating a healing environment. They not only keep the center running but also model resilience, responsibility, and service as part of the therapeutic community.
